Under the slogan "Let's start from the region with a view to the world," Miyazaki University inherits and develops intellectual heritage related to science and culture as a crystal of human wisdom, explores deep science, and preserves the global environment. With the aim of creating interdisciplinary life sciences, the philosophy of education is to develop human resources who can meet the diverse demands of a changing society.The Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Agriculture, and the Faculty of Regional Resource Creation have been established to implement a curriculum with the qualities and abilities set forth in the Diploma Policy.We are engaged in cultivating high ethics and abundant humanity, education of sociality and internationality, and specialized education that leads to the creation of new knowledge.
