Shikoku University is based on the founding principle of "holistic independence," and the faculty and staff work together as one team to support students in acquiring the fundamental and specialized skills necessary to play an active role in society and realize their dreams. While constantly striving to improve its educational programs and quality, the university has also started high school-university connections that create new value, experiential regional education, a multiple degree acquisition system (DDP) with overseas partner universities, and the development of AI application talent. The university has also established a "Career Center" and, through detailed support tailored to each student, has produced many students who have acquired national qualifications and passed the civil service examination. The university has maintained a very high employment rate in recent years.
