The University of Toyama is working to create an "interesting university" that offers encounters that will open up the future.We carry out lessons where you can receive highly specialized knowledge in an easy-to-understand, fun, and exciting way, and research that is unique or innovative and highly evaluated by society.Currently, it is a comprehensive university with 9 departments, including 11 faculties from arts to pharmaceutical science and engineering, an affiliated hospital, and the Institute of Natural Medicine University of Medicine.Practicing the "Mathematical / Data Science / AI Education Program", which is a consistent mathematical / data science education from admission to graduation in all faculties.We are cultivating the ability to contribute to the local community and the international community by developing human resources with a high sense of mission and creativity by refining basic skills beyond the humanities and sciences and specialized skills of each faculty.
