The Department of Health and Food Science, University of Comprehensive Human Sciences will hold the "5th Food Idea Contest ~Exciting Food Development Koshien~" and invite high school students to submit food ideas!
There are two application departments,
(1) Here/Kara Healthy Gourmet Division Theme: Development of foods and recipes using local food or local specialty products
Think of foods and recipes that successfully incorporate the specialties and regional cuisines of your area.I look forward to ideas that are unique to the region.
(2) “Food” Problem Solving Division Theme: Method or food/recipe development to reduce “food loss” at home
As a high school student, please think about how to reduce "food loss" at home and make a proposal.
Applications can be made individually or in groups of 5 or less, and each person (group) can apply for up to 1 proposal in each department.
In addition, the submitted work can be submitted as an assignment for the 2024 comprehensive selection [pre-entry method] of the Department of Health Food Science.For details, please contact the Public Relations Division (048-749-6111).
