Internship for 2011 business days at a company or organization that is developing a business.

This program is implemented based on the concept of "collaborative learning in which Japanese and Canadian students live and work together," and during the program period, Canadian and Japanese students will be paired up as much as possible, taking into account gender considerations. Live together. We place emphasis not only on business knowledge and building consensus in multinational settings, but also on developing cross-cultural communication skills by experiencing ``serious cross-cultural exchange.'' In addition, in the pre-lecture, students learn the basic business knowledge necessary for the internship, and in the post-lecture, students share what they learned at each internship site through presentations, fostering further awareness and learning.

The ``Career Design Program Award Selected by Students'' will hold a ``Career Design Conference'' on May 5th (Thursday), with presentations on program content and an award ceremony by award-winning corporations including Kwansei Gakuin University. Additionally, there will be reviews by the selection committee, reports on research on career design programs, and a panel discussion by students.
