The goal of the "Essay Contest" is for high school students to acquire the ability to discover, understand, and solve problems and issues, as well as the ability to formulate and express their own ideas, through the writing of essays.
The theme for 2023 is “Hatsu” for high school students in Iwate Prefecture or living in Iwate Prefecture. Please discuss in 1 characters or less, capturing multiple meanings in one character.The best award (president's award) will be given to one person, and the others will be decided.
