Applicants are enrolled in high school students in Kansai (Osaka prefecture, Kyoto prefecture, Hyogo prefecture, Shiga prefecture, Nara prefecture, Wakayama prefecture, Mie prefecture), college students (1st to 3rd grade only), and correspondence high school. High school students living in Kansai, teams or individuals of 3 or less are eligible.
