The "2022 Sankei Junior Calligraphy Contest" is held for the purpose of popularizing and developing penmanship and calligraphy for young, elementary, junior high and high school students nationwide.Every year, we receive many applications from all over Japan and overseas, and at the previous competition, we received 10440 works despite the influence of the new coronavirus.
This year's 34th exhibition will be held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum from August 8th to 14st, and all submitted works will be exhibited at the venue.
In the high school section, there are no restrictions on the exhibition rules (from one-character dictionary to multiple characters), and the reference subject is a writing or creation.
