The Department of Health and Food Science, University of Human Arts and Sciences will hold the "4th Food Idea Contest-Waku Waku Food Development Koshien-" and solicit food ideas for high school students !!
There are two application departments,
(1) From here to Kenko Gourmand Division Theme: Development of foods and recipes using local foods or local specialties
Please arrange "local food or local specialties" and make "food proposals" that are both delicious and healthy.
(2) "Food" problem-solving department Theme: Development of methods or foods / recipes to reduce "food loss" at home
Let's think about "food loss" from various daily problems.
Applications can be made individually or in groups of 5 or less, and each person (group) can apply for up to 1 proposal in each department.
