Tokiwa University holds the "TOKIWA High School English Presentation Contest" on the first day of the "Tokiwa Festival" to be held in October.
Every year, one of the three categories "Me and the World", "Look to the Future", and "Social Issues" is selected, and the performers set their own presentation theme in relation to that category, and then English.
