"The 9th Local! Exquisite Umaimon Koshien" is a cooking contest tournament where original menus are devised, cooked, and presented.It is held with the goal of communicating the importance of agriculture, forestry and fisheries through food, supporting the dreams of high school students, enlivening the region and energizing Japan.
The qualifications for application are groups of up to 3 high school students attending high schools nationwide who can develop, cook, present, and sell menus.
The recipes and themes for the 2020 recruitment are "[SDG's] x local signboard menu development that makes use of local ingredients!" We are looking for a menu.
