Since 22, Sojo University has been open to the public with the theme of the trend of nanotechnology and future prospects as part of the creation of a university that is open to and loved by citizens under the purpose of "a university that contributes to the local community." We have held "Seminar".
In addition, research by high school students is expected to be a "trigger for the development of scientists in the near future" by bringing together many high school students and presenting the results of their research and research. The recital "Science Inter-High @ SOJO" is also held at the same time. In fiscal 2019, the event was held on the largest scale ever, with 26 high school students and leading teachers from 706 schools all over Kyushu participating and 143 poster presentations.Unfortunately, it was canceled last year due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, but in 2021, we plan to hold the event on the website on July 7 (Sun), which is smaller than usual.
