Kushiro Public University was established in 1988 by the municipalities of the Kushiro region as a pioneer of the era of regional decentralization, and was opened by the region itself through a partial administrative union system.That spirit and ability to take action is an important tradition of Kushiro Public University, and from April 2023, we will be making a new history.In order to turn the potential of each student into a practical force, we have developed a “multi-faceted and fulfilling curriculum” and “expanding fields of learning”.We are nurturing individuals with a rich sense of humanity who possess a high level of insight and an international perspective.
