On July 2018, 7, a student event "Nanzan Yukata Festival" was held at Nanzan University, and Nanzan University students wearing yukata colored the campus.

The "Minamiyama Yukata Festival" was established in 2017 by a committee (volunteer group) with the intention of "wearing a yukata and taking classes to get familiar with Japanese culture."In the process, it was adopted for the Nanzan Challenge Project * in 2017, and it was successful in the operation involving multiple companies and organizations.

For students who do not have a yukata on the day and cannot wear it alone, we will consider selling and dressing at a special price, making it easy to participate in the hair makeup service, and linking with SNS such as tea parties, fair experiences, photo contests, etc. It was exciting.

* Students will take the initiative in supporting extracurricular activities that promote on-campus revitalization, efforts that make use of what they have learned at the university, exchanges with local communities, and international exchanges, and create various opportunities that will lead to student growth. Activities aimed at that. Seven activities have been adopted in 2018.
