At the Policy Forum of the Japan Policy Student Conference 2017, Nanzan University (Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture) received the Subcommittee Award for two teams from the Faculty of Policy Studies, Tsurumi Tetsuya, and the Excellent Presentation Award for one team from Yasuhiro Takarada.
The Japan Policy Student Conference has been held since 2005, and is a national convention aimed at widely disseminating the policies formulated by students under the auspices and sponsorship of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The Tsurumi seminar won the subcommittee award for the themes "Promotion of environmentally conscious behavior-Aiming for a sustainable society-" and "Aiming for the realization of work-life balance-Toward a comfortable working environment".On the other hand, the Minata Seminar made a presentation under the theme of "Building a Japanese version of the income-linked scholarship refund system-referring to the Australian system-" and won the Excellent Presentation Award.
In the Nanzan University General Policy Department, Tsurumi Seminar received the Excellence Award for "Effect of Attachment on Relocation Intention-Aiming for a Comfortable Town-" and the Subcommittee Award for "Happy and Sustainable Power Saving Action" in the previous year. ..In addition, Masaaki Mizuochi's seminar has a track record of receiving a subcommittee award for "determining factors for improving labor productivity in the service industry."
