The online program is provided by the "Graduate School of Social Sciences / Overseas Short-term Statistics Web Training Program", which is an alternative to the ICPSR Summer Statistics Program held at the University of Michigan in the United States, and the Sinban Institute of Technology in Australia, to which the language seminars are dispatched.
