In this project, we aimed to formulate a plan to establish a business model by raising the name of the idol group before making its major debut and gaining a fan base.In the project, there was an orientation from Nippon Columbia, an interview with members of the idol group, a tour of the practice scene, and a listening to the music.Students spend the night finishing the project and giving a unique presentation to the producer in charge. It was a valuable experience, including various points of reflection.
A popular project of the zelkova festival, the idea of "singing" using waka poems
In addition, at the seminar of Professor Tae Hirano of the Department of Japanese Literature, Faculty of Letters, as an idea for students to learn Japanese classical literature more actively, fortune-telling using Japanese poems at the university festival, "Utaura". ) ”Was carried out every time since 2014.
Song fortune-telling is fortune-telling for good and bad through waka poems, which were also thought to be a decree from God.At the Hirano Seminar, I started by reading and translating the book "Seimei Kasou", which is said to have been made by Seimei Abe, and interpreting it in a modern way.
In the song fortune-telling performed at the zelkova festival, the students of the seminar asked each visitor's question based on one of the 64 waka poems recorded in "Seimei Kayo" selected by the visitors. I carefully conveyed the combined interpretation.Unless each student has a solid understanding of waka, it will not be possible to properly convey an interpretation tailored to the target audience. This song was very well received and was selected as the "President's Award" from the exhibiting organizations of the Zelkova Festival.
Students themselves actively learn knowledge and practice, not just passive learning.Human resource development utilizing active learning at Seikei University will continue to be active in the future.
