Kanto Gakuin University will hold the "2st High School English Haiku Contest" sponsored by the Department of English Language and Culture, Faculty of International Culture.
After the war, haiku was introduced to the Western world with the first volume of ``Haiku Haiku'' written by Reginald Bryce, a British researcher of Japanese culture. .In this contest, we aim to pass down Japanese culture and disseminate it to the world by fusing the Japanese traditional culture of haiku with English.
