The Faculty of Foreign Studies, Dokkyo University holds the "National High School English Presentation Contest".
The purpose of this contest is to provide a place for high school students who are expected to play an active role in the international community to present their thoughts using "English", and to help improve communication skills and promote English education in high schools. It has been held since 2013.Any high school student who is enrolled in a Japanese high school (or up to the third year of a vocational school) and whose native language is not English can apply.
