A public-private cooperative university established in 1988 at the request of Yokkaichi City, the largest city in Mie Prefecture. We have 3 majors in the "Faculty of Comprehensive Policy" and 2 majors in the "Faculty of Environment and Information Studies", 2 faculties, 2 departments and 5 majors, and we are developing practical education through fieldwork. A new curriculum is being planned in April 2023.We have enriched the acquisition of specialized skills and subjects that lead to the acquisition of qualifications, and we strongly support the realization of each student's dreams with detailed support based on small-group education.
