Shizuoka University, Imabari City, Kyocera Document Solutions Co., Ltd., and KDDI Research, Inc. have conducted empirical research on description and speech analysis in active learning classes using ICT as part of "21st century skill" education support. The difficulty of teaching has become an issue.Therefore, the purpose of this empirical study is to present the analysis results of learning record data to teachers by utilizing ICT and advanced application tools, and to support the practice of active learning and the reflection of continuous learning activities. In the empirical research, among the learning activities of active learning, especially for the digital worksheet description and utterance in the dialogue activity by small groups, the description and utterance of the children and students in the group work are accumulated as learning record data. Automatically analyze those changes and transitions.By "visualizing" the discussion process, teachers are encouraged to integrate instruction and evaluation.
In addition, we will develop an application that can handle lessons in which the group organization changes during the lesson.Specifically, the utterance data is collected by recording the utterance contents of each student, and the understanding state of each student's learning contents is estimated.Furthermore, in order to measure how much understanding has deepened from the beginning to the end of the lesson, the learning outcome is measured from the transformation of the description on the worksheet.By analyzing these utterance data and descriptive data in combination, comprehensive analysis is possible, and the learning effect of many groups is evaluated and the effect on class improvement is verified.The research period is from January to March 2017.
