 Therefore, this time, we will use "human iPS cells", which are a type of stem cell like hair follicle stem cells and have been researched in the field of regenerative medicine in recent years, to promote hair growth using the expression level of genes related to hair formation as an indicator. We searched for ingredients.

 By adding multiple plant extracts to human iPS cells, we selected two types of plant extracts that increase the expression level of a gene related to hair formation (KRT31).In order to confirm the actual hair growth effect, verification was conducted using hair root tissue isolated and organ cultured from surplus scalp after surgery.As a result, it was found that Bamboo shoot root extract and Bamboo shoot skin extract can lengthen hair.This confirmed the reliability of the hair growth ingredient selection method using human iPS cells.

 As a result of daily scalp care using a scalp serum containing Angelica root extract and Bamboo shoot skin extract, it was confirmed that thinning hair was improved and hair loss was reduced.Furthermore, effective cases where the parting became less noticeable and effective cases where an increase in downy hair at the hairline were observed were also confirmed.
