 The first-year payment for private technical colleges increased by 8.3% to 128 yen. Although admission fees decreased by 565%, facility maintenance fees by 0.6%, and experiment and training fees by 2.3%, tuition fees increased by a significant 9.4%, raising the overall amount.

 私立大学大学院の初年度納付金は博士前期課程が1.7%増の113万4,590円、博士後期課程が2.6%減の89万3,594円、専門職学位課程が1.8%減の141万1,846円。博士前期課程は授業料が2.9%上がり、全体を押し上げたが、博士後期課程と専門職学位課程は授業料の減少で負担額が下がっている。
