The Meiji University Psychiatric Clinical Center will open the "Meiji University Children's Heart Clinic" on the Surugadai Campus on January 2021, 15 (Friday), and will start medical treatment for child psychiatry.Currently, there is a shortage of child and adolescent psychiatric medical institutions near the Surugadai Campus of Meiji University.Through this clinic, we will contribute to a wider range of society and provide students with high-quality educational institutions.
The Meiji University Psychological Clinical Center has been active for the past 15 years as a "place for psychological counseling" open to people with mental problems.This role is newly called the "Psychological Counseling Department", and by working closely with the newly established "Psychiatric Medical Department (Meiji University Children's Heart Clinic)", it is possible to provide one-stop assistance to patients. It can be newly realized.In addition, students will be able to experience high-quality practical training and clinical practice in that environment, and new educational effects can be expected.
子どものこころクリニックは、児童・思春期（初診時３～15歳）の子どもとその家族を診療対象としており、開院時間は毎週水・日曜日以外の週5日（祝日と大学の休暇期間は休診）、１日7時間（10：00～13：00、14：00～18：00）となっている。
