A follow-up survey by the National Recruiting Information Association revealed that one in five people who graduated from university or graduate school in 2020 joined the company with a desire to change jobs.Approximately 5% of these have turned to work-oriented after joining the company, and it seems important for companies that accept new graduates to create an environment where they can have a work-oriented environment as a measure to prevent employee turnover.

The survey targeted about 4 fourth-year university students and second-year graduate students nationwide who had experienced job hunting activities at private companies.A pre-hire survey was conducted in March 2 and a post-hire survey was conducted in October-November 700 via the Internet.

According to the survey, 20.7% of the respondents who answered "I am looking to change jobs" or "I want to change jobs immediately" in the pre-employment survey accounted for 36.6% of the total. XNUMX% of them answered, "I want to continue working at the current company / organization" and "I want to continue working at the current company / organization for the time being", and have turned to work-oriented.

Of those who were willing to change jobs before joining the company, 91.5% of those who felt that they were "not suitable for working at this company" remained or left their jobs.On the other hand, 59.8% of the people who felt that "it seems to be suitable for working at this company" have changed to work-oriented.

Whether or not there is a work environment that makes you feel that you are suitable for working at this company is the key to preventing employee turnover, but 39.6% of those who had employees in charge of guidance after joining the company had such awareness. On the other hand, only 20.9% of those who did not have it.

In addition, being able to consult with the staff in charge of guidance and having an atmosphere of mutual help in the workplace helped raise such awareness.
