The Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced the results of an awareness survey conducted on 1,042 new employees of small and medium-sized enterprises who participated in the "New Employee Business Basic Course" sponsored by the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In addition to the work content and stable work, there was also a tendency to select a company that emphasized human relationships.
