According to a national survey conducted by DISCO, a job hunting information service, nearly 2019% of private companies think that hiring activities are tough when hiring university graduates scheduled to graduate in March 3.As the serious labor shortage continues, the suffering of companies that cannot secure human resources as expected in the seller market is highlighted.

 The survey was conducted from September 9 to October 23 via the Internet, and responses were received from 10 companies nationwide.According to the report, 5% of companies had completed the recruitment selection, but the average sufficiency rate for prospective employees was 1,302%, 56.3 points lower than the previous year.In the impression of recruitment activities so far, only 77.4% of the companies answered that they were "gentle", while the total of "very strict" and "somewhat strict" reached 0.5%.

 The number of companies that declined the offer was 21.3% from the previous year, but the number of companies that increased was 40.3%, suggesting that the strictness of securing human resources is increasing.Regarding the degree of satisfaction with recruiting activities, "satisfied with both quality and quantity" decreased by 5.2 points from the previous year to 27.0%, while "dissatisfied with both quality and quantity" increased by 0.6 points from the previous year to 22.6%.

 In terms of hiring prospective graduates in March 2020, 3% of companies answered that they are expected to increase, which is much higher than 19.4% of companies that answered that they are expected to decrease.The peak of interview start is concentrated in March and April, and the start of job offer is 6.3% in April and 3% in May.Regarding the impact of abolishing the schedule rules for recruiting activities, "it becomes difficult to hire excellent students" and "it becomes difficult to secure the number of hires" both exceed 4%.
