Mynavi Corporation has announced the results of the "2017 Mynavi New Employee Awareness Survey" targeting new employees who joined the company in April 4.

 When asked "I want to prioritize work and private life," 14.6% said "I want to live a life that prioritizes private life," and 47.8% said "I want to live a life that prioritizes private life," with a total of 62.4% saying "Private priority." Answered.This is the highest number since the 2011 survey, an increase of 2011 points over the last seven years compared to 7.Regarding overtime, 19.3% said they didn't want to work overtime, and 28.9% had a negative opinion about spending time with company employees after 5 (after work). The number reached a record high, and the tendency to emphasize individual life became even more pronounced.

 In terms of "degree of expectation for working life," 68.0% answered "expecting" and 31.8% answered "anxious."The expectation was that "I can grow" was 68.1%, ranking first as usual.On the other hand, regarding the feelings of anxiety, "Can you do your job well?" Was 1%, the highest number ever. When asked "Have you ever felt stressed about becoming a member of society?", 78.5%, or nearly 77.3%, answered that they had felt stressed. The result was that the need was felt.
