Keio University will be offering an endowed course, ``Introduction to Real Estate Studies,'' in the fall semester of 2023, with a donation from the Keio University alumni organization ``Real Estate Mita-kai.''

 The Real Estate Mita-kai is a Keio University alumni organization established in 50 by 1988 initial members to improve the status of real estate business for alumni and realize safe real estate transactions. The company will celebrate its 2023th anniversary in 35, and as of September 9, there are 12 employees. 

 Interest in the real estate industry is increasing in Japan after the coronavirus pandemic.Although Keio University has produced many top leaders of leading companies in the real estate industry, it currently does not have an architecture department.Real Estate Mita-kai has decided to open this endowed course in order to stimulate Keio University students' interest in the real estate industry, urban planning, and community development, and to produce as many top leaders as possible who will support Japan's real estate industry. Ta.

 The lectures will be taught by Real Estate Mita Association members who are top leaders active in a wide variety of industries, and will be held in an omnibus format with face-to-face classes on the themes of real estate, urban development, and town planning.By offering courses not only on real estate, but also on real estate-related industries such as railways, hotels, and housing, we encourage students to understand the real estate industry from a variety of perspectives.Target students are 3rd and 4th year students at Keio University Faculty of Commerce.Students from other faculties can also take this course.
