 According to the survey, new employees' expectations for the company are ranked high in items related to "good treatment" such as "acquisition status of vacations and holidays" and "subsidy allowances such as rent", and "good ventilation" and "comfortable workplace".  It was also found that "organization-oriented" is weak because expectations for items related to the organization such as "corporate philosophy" are low.Furthermore, as a result of extracting similar surveys (employee engagement surveys) for existing employees for the past five years, it was found that the "organization orientation" of existing employees has also declined.In other words, when forming an "organization-oriented", it cannot be expected that existing employees will work on new employees, so it can be inferred that it is difficult to form expectations after joining the company.

 From the results of this survey, new employees in 2019 do not have a "common purpose" that belongs to the organization such as the philosophy and significance that they should aim for, and they belong to the organization only on the condition of good treatment and ease of work. It can be said that.Therefore, if treatment and workability are lost in an uncertain economy, the reason for belonging to the organization will be diminished, which may lead to employee turnover.

 In order to avoid such a situation, it is important for new employees to join the company not only with "individual orientation" but also with "organization orientation". Efforts to foster "organization-oriented" will be required.At the same time, it will be necessary to foster an "organizational orientation" for existing employees who will accept new employees after joining the company.
