The 76th National Junior and Senior High School Dance Competition (sponsored by Japan Women's College of Physical Education) will be held on November 2023, 11.This competition has a long history of more than 23 years and continues with the expectation of developing the passion for dance and innovative creativity of students with rich sensibilities.There will be no preliminaries this year, and it will be a face-to-face event.
Dance has not only been evaluated as a performance of physical exercise, that is, physical art, but also highly evaluated as an object of learning, and now, "dance" is added to the teaching guidelines of physical education in compulsory education. increase.As the importance of dance grows, we would like to invite all of you to liven up the competition sponsored by our university, which has a dance department within the Faculty of Physical Education, which is the only one in Japan.
