Based on its 77 years of tradition and achievements, Japan University of Social Work strives to develop curricula, class content, and practical education in response to the diversification and high-level specialization of welfare. We train human resources who can become future social welfare leaders. We promote practical education in order to acquire the "warm heart", "calm mind", and "reliable skill" that are indispensable for welfare. In order to utilize the theory and knowledge learned in classroom lectures in the field of welfare, we cultivate the skills that are important for professionals through a program of fieldwork and practical training at various sites. In addition, as a welfare education model school operated by the government, the financial burden on students is greatly reduced. Admission and tuition fees are equivalent to the standard amounts of national and public universities, and various scholarship programs are also available. .
