Tokyo Gakugei University has announced that it will send university faculty members to the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education for a long period of time with a view to the planned training of future managers.
Currently, the importance of cooperation between teacher training universities and the Board of Education is being emphasized.Therefore, Tokyo Gakugei University will start a project to regularly dispatch university faculty members to the Board of Education for a long period of time in cooperation with the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education with a view to the planned training of future managers.
During the dispatch period, the dispatched university faculty members will be in charge of the Board of Education's secretariat, such as school planning, budgeting, guidance and advice on the curriculum, school visits, personnel management, and council support. Experience, learn about trends in school settings, and explore the needs of in-service teacher training.
