The Doshisha University Rugby Club and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have signed a memorandum of understanding on a university collaboration project regarding the dispatch of JICA overseas cooperation teams with the aim of developing rugby in India and fostering the healthy development of young people through it.
