  3. Strict observance of time and protection of privacy in experiments and inspections fosters basic ethical awareness and business etiquette as a member of society.

 As a second feature, on such a foundation, the new faculty will set up a course model in the four areas of "human science," "industry / society," "developmental support," and "counseling" (* 1).This is a systematic presentation of the electives needed to help students set their own focus areas of learning and look to the future, not majors or courses.It can be said that the compulsory subjects of the stacking type are stabbed with a horizontal skewer. 

 In order to support vocational independence, each area is linked with a concrete vocational image, but there are many overlapping parts so that you can acquire the basics of all areas of psychology without bias.This is because learning only a specific narrow area will not be able to deal with various problems in the field when you go to the field after graduation, and it will not work in society.The important thing is to master a wide range of basics and then connect them to deep learning in a particular field.
 
 The area of ​​industrial / organizational psychology, which is the basis of the "industrial / social" model, has been expanded in the undergraduate program.In combination with the social psychology that has been educated in the past, the expansion specialized in the field of industry and organization is human resources such as understanding the characteristics of the organization as a social group, maintaining and improving the working environment, and evaluating human resources. This is because it is an area related to themes that are indispensable, especially for modern professionals, such as management of consumer behavior and analysis of consumer behavior.
 
 Regarding the training course for certified public psychologists, the study of the standard curriculum by the government has just begun, so there are limits to what can be said, but I think that it will probably require a wide range of learning as emphasized above. ..
