江戸川大学では、小口彦太学長の2024年3月31日任期満了に伴い、メディアコミュニケーション学部マス・コミュニケーション学科の宮崎孝治教授が次期江戸川大学学長に就任する。任期は2024年4月1日から2028年3月31日までの4年間。

 Professor Miyazaki, who will become the next president of Edogawa University, graduated from the Department of Special Education, Faculty of Education, Tokyo Gakugei University in 1987. After completing a master's degree in education for children with disabilities at the same Graduate School of Education, he withdrew from the doctoral program in 1991 in the Department of Basic Education at the University of Tsukuba's Graduate School of Education. He has been at Edogawa University since April 2019, where he served as vice president.
