 What are the feelings of the students as they are about to join the company?74.2% of the respondents answered that they did not have any doubts or anxieties about the company they plan to join, but the remaining 2% ​​or more feel hesitation or anxiety even just before joining the company.Regarding the willingness to join the company, 30.9% answered that it was "lower than when they got a job offer."Furthermore, 38.4% answered that they are not confident that they will be able to play an active role after joining the company.

 During the informal period, 91.1% of the students answered that they felt uneasy, "Can I keep up with my work?" (62.4%), "Is human relations smooth after joining the company?" (61.5%), " Many students are worried about the change to the position of a member of society, "Do you get used to the rhythm of life of a member of society?" (60.2%).

 From the students who participated in the survey, "I finished my job hunting early, so I think I should have done it a little more" (humanities boy), "Because it is different in the research of social students and students, it is different. "I'm worried if I can keep up" (Science boy), "I still can't believe that I'll be working five days a week. I have physical anxiety" (Students), "I really want to do my job. I'm worried if I can get it (science girls), "I've only talked to people, and since various people are working, I'm worried about building a good relationship between people" (humanities boys). It is said that it was done.

 In response to such anxieties of students, company follow-ups include informal formulas, social gatherings, and regular contact from personnel, but it was the informal formula (50.4%) and employees that actually motivated students. It was held face-to-face, such as a social gathering (48.4%).The students said, "At the social gathering, I was able to hear from young employees, mid-career employees, and veteran employees of all ages." He said that he was more motivated to join the company when he talked to me (a science girl).
