On May 2023, 5, Akita University will hold the 12 completion ceremony for the ``Akita University Faculty of Science and Technology Correspondence Education Course'', the only national university certified by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.Graduates who attend the course will receive a certificate of completion from the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, Mitsutoshi Terasakai.
According to Akita University, the science and engineering department correspondence course was established in 1948 immediately after the end of the war, and a wide range of generations across the country have learned about science and technology to improve their professional skills and lifelong learning.To date, a total of 2,043 graduates have been produced.
