 In addition to the University of Tokyo and Kyoto University, the highest allocation rate of 110% was evaluated by Tohoku University, Hitotsubashi University, Osaka University, Kobe University, Kyushu University, Keio University, and Waseda University. 100% are Hokkaido University and Nagoya University. 95% are Soka University, Chuo University, and Aichi University. 90% were Chiba University, Sophia University, Meiji University, Doshisha University, and Kwansei Gakuin University. 85% are Tsukuba University, Okayama University, Ryukyu University, Kansai University, Hiroshima University, Gakuin University, Konan University. 75% are Kanazawa University, Ritsumeikan University, Fukuoka University. 70% is Hosei University. 65% are Komazawa University, Senshu University, and Nihon University.

 Public universities that are not supported by the government and Yokohama National University, Kinki University, and Seinan Gakuin University, which have announced that they will be suspended from recruitment in 2019, are excluded from the allocation.Hosei University did not apply for the addition, so it is only 70% of the basic amount.
