The "University of Tokyo Center for Education and Research" and the Softbank Group "Cyber University *" have signed a joint research agreement on e-learning utilization methods in higher education. For one year, we will conduct research and research on system development, organization building, content provision methods and operation systems.
Currently, expectations are high for the utilization of ICT and social contribution in higher education on a global scale, such as "OCW *" and "MOOC *", but in the production and utilization of educational content in the field of education, IT literacy of teachers Creating an organization, such as improving education and training staff, has become an issue.
In the joint research, we will use mobile learning apps and lesson content creation tools operated by Cyber University to create e-learning content from the lessons of the University of Tokyo and create a mechanism to widely disseminate it to society.In addition, we plan to investigate and research the construction of an environment in which the produced content can be jointly operated between universities by utilizing the cooperation with other universities of the University of Tokyo.
Through this joint research, it is expected that many universities will introduce e-learning in the future and share educational resources among universities, leading to the creation of diverse learning opportunities.
