The ``Meion Piano Competition'' is a rare type of piano competition, one of only a few in Japan, sponsored by an educational institution called a university.
The most distinctive feature of this competition is the ``reward lesson'' given to the winners. Last year, we restarted this "reward lesson" with even more enhancements. We are holding the "Meion Piano Competition" in the hope that pianists who will play a part in your growth and become world-famous pianists will be born.
