The Department of International Tourism, Nagasaki International University holds a "High School Foreign Language Recitation Contest".
As globalization progresses, there is an urgent need to develop human resources who can handle multiple languages, and it is a good opportunity to give the younger generation a place to demonstrate their skills. The purpose is to cultivate aspirations for high school students to acquire their own language skills.
Target languages are English, Korean, and Chinese. Judging will be based on "pronunciation, intonation," "gesture," "fluency, memory," and "emotional expression."
