"Change & Challenge" Shibata Gakuen University will continue to challenge
Shibata Gakuen University changed its name from Tohoku Women's University in April 2021 and started co-education.It consists of three departments: the Faculty of Life Creation (Department of Health and Nutrition, Department of Child Development, and Department of Food Management). The history of the school started with the Hirosaki Japanese and Western sewing girls' school in 4 (Taisho 3) as a tool. With "educational immediate life" as the founding spirit, improvement of human qualities and acquisition of high specialized knowledge and skills.Looking ahead to the next era, we are aiming to develop human resources who have the ability to challenge new fields, solve regional issues, contribute to the region, and create new things on their own.
