 According to the report, 50 unpaid doctors were found in 2,191 hospitals nationwide.Of these, 27 in 751 hospitals were not paid without a reasonable reason.In some cases, unpaid doctors were included in the rotation of medical care, and in others, they were treated for more than the contracted days.In both cases, salaries are paid up to two years back.

 The remaining 35 hospitals and 1,440 people have been explained by the university hospital that "there is a reasonable reason such as the request of the person", but it will be paid in the future based on the opinions of experts.

 The largest number of non-stop doctors was 197 at Juntendo University Juntendo Clinic, accounting for 46% of the surveyed doctors.This is followed by 146 from Hokkaido University Hospital, 132 from Tokyo Dental College Suidobashi Hospital, and 123 from Iwate Medical University Hospital.Showa University Dental Hospital had 119 people and Aichi Gakuin University Dental Hospital had 118 people, both of whom were unpaid.
