As part of career education, Reitaku University conducts "career development exercises" online, which are usually face-to-face for third-year students who are looking for a job.

Reitaku University switched all classes online from April 2020 to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection. In the latter half of September, some face-to-face classes will be resumed, but many classes will be held online. As part of career education, we will also conduct online "career development exercises" that are normally conducted face-to-face for third-year students who are looking for a job.

It is unprecedented for 400 students to be divided into 10 classes and conduct training-type exercises online, which is the first attempt for Reitaku University. In the exercise, measures other than the written test in job hunting are implemented.Training in a wide range of manners, how to write documents, mock interviews, company research, mock group discussions, etc.Fourth graders who have actually finished job hunting will also join the exercises as supporters, answering questions from juniors, and supporting the job hunting activities of third graders as a more familiar existence.

The Career Center, which plans the exercises, said, "I want the students to have the opportunity to face and think about their future as soon as possible, and to develop the self-expression ability to pass the company they wanted to work for." We hope that it will be a meaningful opportunity for us.
