The "Chemistry Grand Prix" has been held every year since 1999 as a place to compete for the chemistry skills of high school students and younger all over Japan.
The "Chemistry Grand Prix" is subject to the primary selection (online examination) on Marine Day in July every year.And about 7 of them with excellent results will advance to the second selection.The second selection is a descriptive test that involves experiments, and is conducted in a training camp format.
In addition, about 3 students recommended by the 1rd year junior high school students, 2st and 20nd year high school students who participated in the "Chemistry Grand Prix" and the branch of the Chemical Society of Japan will be recommended as candidates for the "International Chemistry Olympiad" the following year.
