"MONO-COTO INNOVATION" is a program that uses the five days of summer vacation to create innovative ideas!
This is a 4-night, 5-day program in which junior high and high school students from all over Japan form teams that transcend school frameworks and use design thinking to challenge themselves to create innovative ideas for a theme.
Rather than finishing with an idea, we create a prototype, work on verifying the value of the idea, and determine the winning team through presentation screening.
Teams of four people are randomly formed to come up with ideas for a theme, make a presentation on the final day, and decide the winning team.
In between, we also have an “Interactive Session” where you can interact across teams, and an “Innovators Session” where you can meet role models of manufacturing things.
