The International Youth Essay Contest harnesses the energy, creativity and spontaneity of children and young people in building a culture of peace and a sustainable global society, and encourages people of all generations to learn from their ideas and become better. It is held every year to encourage individuals to think and act on what they can do for the world.
The theme for 2024 is "My Experience Beyond Conflict."
Conflicts can occur for a variety of reasons, including differences in opinions and values. Have you ever experienced overcoming conflict? What did you learn from that experience? How do you want to apply what you learned to the future of yourself and society?
