日本女子大学の学生広報組織「JWU PR アンバサダー」のマーケティング・リサーチチームは、学生の就職活動に対する不安や就職意識について等身大の学生の声を明らかにするため、在学生に「就職活動・働くことについてのアンケート」を実施した。調査期間は2021年11月8日～11月18日、回答数は468人（学部1年次128人、学部2年次105人、学部3年次127人、学部4年次105人、大学院2年次3人）。
Regarding "anxiety / trouble in job hunting", 95.9% of the respondents answered "I am anxious about getting a job offer". 90.2% said that they were worried because they could not see the job hunting status of other students.In addition, there were many voices saying, "It is difficult to judge whether it is a black company" or "The number of hires on the company side is decreasing due to the corona disaster."
「就職志望先の企業を選ぶときに重要視するポイント」について、1位「安定している（69.4%）」、2位「自分のやりたい仕事ができる（65.0%）」、3位「給料・ボーナスが良い（45.9%）」だった。学年別に見ると、1位と2位の順位はどの学年でも変わらず重要視されたが、3位の「給料・ボーナスが良い」については、学年が上がるにつれて、重要度は下がっていく傾向で、1年次が53.1%であるのに対して、2年次は50.5%、3年次は46.5%、4年次は32.4%と、1年次と4年次を比較すると20.7%の差がみられた。

Among them, the most frequently mentioned word is "Gakuchika" (what I focused on when I was a student). There was also advice such as "It is good to make three different genres of Gakuchika and be prepared to speak clearly and clearly" and "Self-analysis and what you want to do should be considered from the first year of university".
Finally, when asked "Do you think Japan Women's University is a strong university for employment?", 22.9% of the students answered "I think so (60.5%)" and "I think it is rather (83.4%)".
