From April 2018th to April 4th, 16, the University of Tokyo will offer a short-term intensive program for business and government dignitaries of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Since 2008, the University of Tokyo has been implementing the "Executive Management Program (EMP, University of Tokyo)", an educational program for working adults.We are conducting a program that utilizes the intellectual resources of the University of Tokyo, mainly for candidates for next-generation leaders who will lead the future of the political and business world, mainly in their 40s.
This time, a special program "The Executive Management Program for UAE" was held for the leaders (20 people) in the country who are expected to promote the industrialization and economic diversification of the UAE.We offer a group of lectures (8 days, 20 classes in total) in a wide range of fields that the University of Tokyo has, from cutting-edge science and technology to philosophy and thought.
The lectures will be given by the instructors, mainly faculty members of the University of Tokyo, and the management team of a leading Japanese company.Two company visits are also planned during the program. The UAE has dispatched dignitaries from the business world to famous universities in Europe and the United States, but this is the first time it has been dispatched to Japan.It is expected to be a catalyst for scientific and economic alliances between the two countries.
